Spontaneously fermented apple cider, macerated on orange wine skins for 3 months.

Drinks like an echo of orange wine: slight chew + white tea tannins.
Velvety white tea-like tannins playing second fiddle to yuzu creamsicle and mellow apple blossom.
The aroma is... stripping the leaves off of a yarrow plant // peeling the rind back on the first citrus of the season // disco funk party.
